The ideal first step for preparing to buy a home or refinance a home or investment property is to attend the applicable workshop (to the right) for your situation, then schedule planning time with me.
However, if you're like many of my clients around Colorado and the United States who are unable to attend a workshop in Northern Colorado, please contact my team and schedule planning time (the initiation of the discovery process) with me.
