My name is Ken Stone; I am a Registered Mortgage Advisor with CTX Mortgage Company (an equal housing opportunity lender and FORTUNE 175 company). My team and I do five things that are unique to the mortgage industry:

1. We help individuals and couples prepare for retirement by optimizing their home equity as an asset while working with a specialized team of qualified tax, financial, and estate planning professionals to ensure that a comfortable retirement (and other financial and life goals) can happen.
2. We help individuals and couples preparing for and currently in retirement optimize their assets for greater wealth.
3. We help people selling and/or buying a home do so in a way that helps them avoid typical tax mistakes and build wealth so they accomplish their financial and life goals more quickly.
4. We help existing (homeowners) and homeowners-to-be select a mortgage that is suitable and appropriate for their financial and life situation (for both refinance and purchase). Many homeowners are in adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs) that are not suitable or appropriate, or that will soon be adjusting to payment levels that don't fit with the individual's or family's monthly cash flow targets.
5. We help pre and post divorcees plan for, and recover financially from, divorce.

We facilitate many of these outcomes with our clients by utilizing our unique process, the Home Equity Optimization Plan, to accomplish life and financial goals more effectively and quickly. These goals can include substantially enhancing net worth, increasing retirement income by as much as 50%, accelerating the payoff of a mortgage, education savings for children and grandchildren, legacy planning and giving, and much more.
